I don't know
I did hear him going on about Mushrooms so I sauteed quite a few with some lightly salted butter and a pinch of black pepper and had them on some toast for my lunch at midday, but to date I have nothing to report other than I ‘imagined’ I weighed less than I actually did when I got on the scales.
