Ok I will make a point of being there on Saturday, that is if I remember, you know at my age one tends to forget things very easily.

A couple of months ago I finally found baking paper from Spinneys. What a joy. But I was happy way too early. Now I used it and oh boy, it sure is Egyptian made paper...it got stuck to my bakings

I totally forgot this in Luxor, should have popped into Maarad Sherif to look for the paper. Maybe I try Metro here in Cairo.

- It's one of those things I've been so afraid to run out of, that I always brought it from Europe until I saw it in Alfa and Metro in Cairo. Last year I discovered a room in my suitcase I thought I' d never seen before, but it was full of baking paper sheets that must have travelled between the continents - I don't know how many times.
- I got a new suitcase last year, and some weeks ago... I found another packet inside.

- Wouldn't forget important things when I unpack, only when I pack.
