Well, I've read enough news stories too about KZ nationwide, not just our local one, getting in trouble for various violations, that it is clear that they have issues as a chain as a whole.

I've been eating raw oxo cubes since as long as I can remember, never found any maggots, but they are beef extract so can only enhance the flavor. I do not think that they sell them in Egypt though.
