Problem accessing L4U

Hi Folks, Carrie has asked me to post this. She’s unable to access the forum using either her computer or her phone, and wonders if anyone else living in Luxor is experiencing the same problem?

No, but last night my post from the UK gave the date as a day early and the time was well out.
Perhaps that has something to do with it...

I don't know how long Carrie has had this problem but it looks as though others in Luxor have been able to access L4U in the last 24 hours. For example I can see that hatusu checked in during the early hours.

It might sound silly, but has she checked that she's actually logged in? I keep mine set to 'always logged in' but every no and then I find I have to refresh that.

To test if its a problem with her browser she could try another browser like chrome, firefox, explorer etc

Emptying the temp internet files, cookies, cache etc normally fixes these kind of problems.

Does unable to access mean she can not login or she can not load the forums up, if its a login problem, what error messages does she get.

Just checked your profile and your time zone is set to UTC +2 so your posts should be showing 2 hours in front of the UK

OK I am back. Tried on Firefox,google etc but no luck Kept getting a message megaplusredirection.tedata.net/VDSL-redirection-70html.
All of a sudden though its working again.

Quite likely either your supplier isn't paying TE Data, but more likely TE Data isn't paying their supplier in Italy.
It's an Egyptian thing, they don't like parting with money....

I noticed it was very slow loading up yesterday morning. I use Safari from my Mac book.
