:-( Breaking news - Comedian Victoria Wood has died at the age of 62 after suffering from cancer, her publicist has said.
2016 is not being kind to those in the entertainment industry.
I saw Victoria Wood many years ago on the stage and she was just an amazing entertainer.

She made so many people laugh, without being cruel or using offensive language, a truly gifted person who will be remembered with affection for many years. Rest in Peace.
Smile! It confuses people

Re: Victoria Wood has died
Victoria Wood, brilliant writer and performer both serious and comedy. In all her television productions, she wrote for all the characters, she never 'hogged the mic', sharing with all others so many of the one line classic gags.
She observed social classes, often satirising them, her humour was grounded in everyday life, without ever the use of bad language.
God bless you Victoria. R.I.P.

"I’ve got a degree, does that mean I have to spend my life with intellectuals? I’ve also got a life-saving certificate, but I don’t spend my evenings diving for a rubber brick with my pyjamas on."
