Its funny how hello, is always accompanied with good-bye,
Its funny how good memories,can always make you cry.
Its funny how forever, never seems to really last,
Its funny how much the loss, if you ever forgot your past.

Its funny how friends desert you, when you're feeling down and blue,
Its funny when you need someone, they're never around just for you.
Its funny how people change, and think they're so much better,
Its funny how many lies, can be packed into one love letter.

Its funny how people forgive, though they never really forget,
Its funny how one night's love, can contain so much regret.
Its funny how crazy and ironic, life can turn out to be,
But the funniest part of all, is that none of it's funny to me.

Not too sure that funny is the appropriate word I think I'd insert poignant instead.

A Lot more self reliance would overcome all those problems Wizard..
Placing your happiness in other peoples hands is never a good Idea.

Probably superficial relationships anyway, founded upon insecurity.

The whole point of the poem is the play on the word F U N N Y.
Poetic license you see.
