Grayson and the Reith Lectures...

Post by Who2 »

Highly recommended listening http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b03dsk4d
Grayson has lived 50 yards from me in Clerkenwell, his first winning pot was based on our unique square Willmington where we live, he eats in our local restaurants dressed like a dolly, he has always 'cracked me up, a clever guy, but what his twin daughters think! god only knows, this picture is taken 20ft in from his front door in our square on a sunday morning. 'Love London love Clerkenwell..

If it hadn't of been for Grayson I'd be hanging from an old oak tree!!! Have not heard this name for ages, and reminded me of an old classic song, does anyone remember what song these lyrics are from, no cheating please.

I heard the current Reith Lectures by accident, and what a lucky accident.

Grayson is a chap who doesn't take himself seriously and great fun.

Don't understand what you mean CE
Smile! It confuses people

Grayson a very unique name only heard it twice once in the lyrics of the song, and once after Larry. I had a relative called Grayson, a christian name though. Oh! just forget it I am having a Luxor moment, and my head is swimming from watching the F1 GP. I gather us in Luxor are supposed to be a little off the wall.

Talking of religion 4 doors from his house is where the nuns live from st peters & st paul's round the corner, the 'penguins affectionally known locally, wander back and forth to their church on grannie walkers, so only God knows what they think of him, All 'dollied up popping out for another free lunch in Moros'.
I often lunch at the bar reading the papers drinking white ports and eating tapas the angled mirror runs full length and one can observe the serious diners. Cheap it ain't Sam & Sam the owners are rolling in it, but the food is seriously good...
