Am I being tested ?

Question:

If we are tested with a string of events that didn't turn out the way we had hoped, then how do we know if we are being tested, punished, or possibly blessed?

Answer: You don't know and maybe you never will, but if you find your eyes have been opened because of the experience, you may never need ask the question again.
