First of all, thanks Keefy for putting the link, I could watch it this time. It beggars belief that they could be so incompetent. There is a far safer way of demolishing a structure of this size using just that equipment. Its just like felling a tree, you don't cut the wedge out facing the cutter and any one stood around. Another fine example of Egyptian forethought and hindsight. But having said that, I've witnessed just as stupid actions in the UK during my years in the building industry.
