"For Egyptian women, Subversion, every little hair below the eyebrows MUST be removed. Many men remove their pubic hair as well."

Too much info there for me, TT!

Regarding the other business; I don't know why you decided to 'personalise' the discussion. I was writing in a 'general' sense, and I still believe that situations which involve Egyptian laws and traditions are best left to be sorted by Egyptians, and that they are really none of our (referring to foreigners in general, and no one person in particular) business. I'm sorry that you decided to take umbrage because of my (not personally intended) comments.

I'd rather not join in this 'pubic hair conversation now being engaged upon, it's a private and personal and very sexual area to discuss. as a teenager, I discovered a 'ladies product called I think, 'Nair it removed all traces of hair and the family of crabs that had taken up residence in my nether regions. 'end of discussion...

I apologise now, before anyone takes unnecessary offence.

But............it occurs to me that the vast majority of bald genitals in the Western world are to be found on pre-pubescent children, and therefore a logical conclusion as to why an adult would prefer sexual activity with someone in that state would be that it satisfies some sort of urge to have sex with a pre-pubescent. Slightly creepy and unwholesome, I would have thought?

There's really no need to concern yourself about me A-Four, I'm a big boy now, and as my Egyptian friends would say "That's not my way!"

Anyhow, better men than me have been crucified for speaking the truth as they see it.

"That was true up until 1989.."

What happened in 1989, was it an attack of 'Dutch Elm Disease' or something?

Teddy, I took your comments personally because they seemed personal. The second post most definitely was I and I don't mind admitting that it upset me. But as far as I'm concerned it's over and done with. Whether you want to continue it or not is entirely up to you.

I thought it wouldn't be long before you waded in. Let's face it A-Four, if I am at odds with anyone on here you can always be relied on to jump in to offer them your support, even if you are not contributing anything remotely relevant or constructive to the argument. And we both know that that's more about things that have happened off this site between myself and other people than any discussions that have taken place on it. You have already made your feelings clear-you would have liked, or rather have felt obliged to be 'loyal' but have been unable to so so because this would make you look like 'a fool' in front of your friends and would somehow prevent you from imparting some great 'truths' to the forum members. So be it. But just out of interest what were these all important 'truths?' I think I might have blinked and missed them!

And I would appreciate it if you did not make a habit of referring to me as 'a certain person' or 'one member' or suchlike. It's impolite and childish. And since when has offering a constructive argument in one's defence been 'crucifying' people? You were always a master of melodrama and overstatement.

Also, as you are constantly provoking me to correct your spelling it's 'tickety-boo' not 'tickerty-boo'. Which is something we may never again be. But I will offer you a deal-stay off my back and I'll stay off yours! I was never looking to make an enemy of you.
