Magic Slimming Biscuits

I am, at the moment, testing a diet of special home made Egyptian biscuits that help the pounds/kilos just fall away. and they seem to be doing just that.
The basic ingredients are the same as any other Egyptian biscuit. it seems the proportions of the ingredients are the secret to weight reduction. I'll let you all know how I am getting on.

Fresh ground strong Egyptian bread flour,
Local Egyptian cane sugar,
New home laid balladi eggs,
Finest Semna cooking oil,
Local buffalo milk,
Baking powder.

I'm one of those lucky ones who can eat as much as I want and never gain a pound in weight, I lost 2 stone in 4 weeks with 2 severe bouts of gastro interitis just before I cam to Egypt last month, and I still have anther half stone to put back on..

If you have any magic "Weight On" Biscuits Wizard, put me down for a couple of boxes please

I suspect these Magic Slimming Biscuits really do work if you 'take two, three times a day with a glass of water' and eat and drink absolutely nothing else! Equally, if you eat normally but keep scoffing these biscuites you may well put on a few pounds!


BM - sorry to hear about your pre Egypt trip gastro interitis. Exactly the same happened to me, to the extent that I had to cancel my Easter Monday flight over to Luxor. Thankfully I was able to book the Wednesday flight so my already brief nine nights became an even briefer seven nights!

Not had a supply these biscuits for the past few weeks, but, whilst I was on them my weight was static.

Yes Hepzi I think a couple of digestive biscuits three times a day with with a cup of black unsweetened tea and nothing else but water would do just as well.
