Ingredients
A favourite salad I would like to make while I am there includes a small block of baked Asian noodles which you crumble over the top at the last minute. We have a brand called Changs (which has the recipe on the back). Is there any thing in this line available locally? The sort you can eat as is, not the sort you soak and use in stir fries.
Carpe diem!

Re: Ingredients
We do have the dried ones that you soak for 3 minutes (which you say you dont want), Ive also seen some new Asian products in KZ in the last few weeks, products that are in a tin or jar, like bean sprouts etc, so KZ (Metro) might be your best bet to look.
