Anyone who has ever had a session on Bass will testify that it's effects are equivalent to the above concoction! 
It needs to be kept just right otherwise it's cr*p. It doesn't even travel well from Burton-On-Trent to my home town 15 miles away, so Cairo might be pushing it a bit...
