We perambulated through the gardens and happily found it relatively busy.
They then invited me to dine with them in la corniche restaurant that's the large one opposite the 1812 which was closed.
We plumped for a'la carte to be honest the food was abysmal, my rabbit only tasted of the over rich creamy sauce in which it floated.
The desserts were excellent in taste and design as all pâtissier's should be, and the end of a meal.
But for a '5 star hotel they really should up their standards of catering, 3/1O for food, 8/1O for decor...........
Tomorrow I take them desert road to Al Moudera for lunch and a swim .
