Thanks Tony I finally managed it I had to resize then that didn't work as it wasn't a jpeg but managed to find a jpeg copy in another album.

I voted but am not sure I've voted correctly. Do you vote by RATING each picture out of 10? I voted for the top three (in my opinion) giving them 10, 9 and 8.

Do I vote for each picture? And is this how you do it? Rank them?

LLL - I believe you rate each picture out of 10 - you could give them all 10 if you wanted to. The votes for the picture is totalled and then divided by the number of people who voted for that picture. You could be nasty and give one picture 10 and only 1 point to all the others thereby increasing the chances of your choice winning.

LLL, Brian has summed it up but I would add that, for it to be fair and balanced, you should place a rating for EVERY entry (except your own if you have entered). I would also add that you should rate each picture on a scale of 1 to 10 on how each appeals to you.
