Not the one walking away as it looks as if it has a broken wing - so may have bruised flesh, not the one in the middle - looks stressed so the meat could be tough so I'll take the one with the near full set of tail feathers.

Who2, have these beautiful turkeys grown in your care? If so I would really like to know how you are feeding them. I want to keep some turkey and chickens in the near future and I do not know what they eat here. Corn and leftovers, anyting else?

My wonderful neighbor 'Aida a 20 year old local farming girl who's father ran off with a tourist, her mother died last year and the village married off her two sisters to nice local boy's is the farmer round here.
When the 4 girls & mother were around it was buffalos, cows, chickens, 18 sheep, a regular 'animal farm, (without the pigs) qed: more animals more hands have to carry their feed.
The animals eat what she can buy or she can carry, grain & parseem or whatever I chuck over the wall.
Presently we have 6 ducks 14 ducklings, 4 turkeys, 12 little turkeys, dozens of chickens, 20 pigeons (assorted colors) 2 cats oh! and 8 warrens.
In reality this lovely 20 year old upper egyptian will slaughter anything with 4 or 2 legs within an hour tomorrow 'big malcolm is for the 'chop....8)
PS: Mary, our buffalo is about to have a baby this week, inshaala...
I'm calling it 'Jesus be it male or female.
PPS a few rabbits..
