This is one of my favourite quick snacks ,I don't have a name for it, concocted it by accident when my vegan brother popped by unexpectedly.

chop 1 onion ,2 cloves of garlic, fry lightly, add 1 tin chopped toms bring to boil ,add cup of red split lentils ( no need to soak )cook for 20 mins ,add small tin butter beans ,warm thro', add some torn up basil serve straight away with chunks of bread :P :P :P

One of my families favourite quickies that I do is....
chop up a tin of corned beef and put in frying pan with a knob of butter with Garlic and onions then add tom puree, tin of toms, tin of baked beans and a good dash of Lea 'n perrins and salt and pepper. It's yum and lovely on jacket potatoes. :)

A quickish dish I do is fry onions garlic celery carrots, potatoes, broccoli or courgettes in oil, add a tin of tomatoes, red lentils a tin of kidney beans, and veg stock a dash of paprika or chilli powder and cook while making a few dumplings to add and allow to simmer 15 mins. Very good and sustaining on a cold winters day :) :P
