Hi, All!

Sharon is hankering for some mint chocolate chip ice cream ----- I can do the ice cream part but does anyone know where I might find mint oil???

But you can get fresh mint, sah? Tear some mint leaves (1 cup) in a kettle. add 2 cups of water and 1/2 cup of sugar. Boil until the liquid is reduced to 1/4 of original volume. Mint syrup, there you go ;)

Hope he remembered less sugar in the icecream when he's using syrup instead of oil :ni:
