I know this is the wrong heading to put this under, but its the most read I intended making Kofta with salad for dinner, until I found out that my recipe given to me by the Jolie Ville chefs is missing. Has any of you nice ladies got a very nice recipe for Kofta, I adore it with a crispy salad and a nice red wine. All recipe's will be welcome I love to experiment. This is not a competition but I will let people know by PM how I liked the recipe.
