Dear George, if you need real paprika, just told me, hungarian is the best... You can get it after a week :-)

If you mean the mild one you use in stroganof made from red bell peppers/capsicums, it's the same name paprika.

If it's a hot powder made from hot red chilli's is called Shatta.
