Flour,water,salt-mix,kneed roll out on old drum, throw in embers...eat when cooked...fresh but emberish...

This is one of my favourite quick snacks ,I don't have a name for it, concocted it by accident when my vegan brother popped by unexpectedly.

chop 1 onion ,2 cloves of garlic, fry lightly, add 1 tin...

A quickish dish I do is fry onions garlic celery carrots, potatoes, broccoli or courgettes in oil, add a tin of tomatoes, red lentils a tin of kidney beans, and veg stock a dash of paprika or chilli...

This is Hassan a very wise Bedu I met in the desert, it's his garden, in his garden he finds many old things..
One day I asked him how many children he had, he had 22 but 5 died, this is Hassan...

This is hassan on the 2nd day of a 29 day trip into the blu, we had each other sussed by then, what he couldn't tell you about the stars,sand-tracks,water,life ain't worth knowing, a very well sussed...

Jordan is fortifying it's bread by adding Vitamin D, Why ? One gets oodles of
Vit D from the Sun, they say 'because of a lack of Vit D is found amongst women who wear the Burkha.
