Taking "shooting oneself in the foot" rather too literally!
The pigeons/toilet "error" illustrates rather well the problem translation programs have with Arabic. Both words have exactly the same Arabic script and are, in English - hammam. There is a slight difference in pronunciation which would be indicated by the marks - dots & dashes - you see in written Arabic....but which are often omitted...particularly in signs.

I have seen a man 'walking' a single ladder almost this length, sitting astride it like this, to install wedding lights between buildings. He must have incerdibly strong legs and core muscles.
Carpe diem!

Ladder walking is one of the tricks of the building trade you soon learn when there is no scaffold. I wouldn't try it now at my age though. One day I hired a pair of plasterers stilts for a just out of reach ceiling job, spent more time getting back up of my arse than working, a most difficult maneuver, bit like a giraffe attempting to right itself after a split legged fall.
Life is your's to do with as you wish- do not let other's try to control it for you. Count Dusak- 1345.
