Old Lady at the Doctor's

An Old lady visits the Doctor and he checks her over after she has been complaining of chest pain.

After a while, the doctor is still pawing over the test results, the old lady says.

"So Doctor, how much time do I have left" ?
The Doctor looks up from the paperwork and says "Ten" . :|

The Old lady says, "Ten !! Ten what" ? :ni:

The Doctor replies... "Nine. . ."
