Hurghada Deaths

Post by Major Thom »

An interview with the daughter of the husband and wife who died in a Hurghada Hotel was shown this morning, on Good Morning Britain It was dreadful the way the daughter was treated by the authorities, and even now they are no further forward with the case due to the reports not being received in the UK. They were speaking also to a Professor whose specialist field was E-Coli who stated that E-Coli would not kill two adult people in such a short time. The daughter still believes that because E-Coli was brought up as a possible cause in the UK, the statement was pounced upon as the result of the deaths. It now seems E-Coli was not the cause, but until the results of the PM in Egypt are confirmed they see it not wise to publish the UK results. So come on lets get the reports published, lets get the Egyptian reports sent through EL Pronto and lets get the problem resolved.
Finally it has been suggested that the results may not be known for a few years due to due diligence on one side!!

https://www.thesun.co.uk/…/grandfather- ... no-heart-k…/ Here is another case and another shocker. there is no smoke without fire

ROBBED BY THE BODYSNATCHERS Family demand answers after grandfather who died in Egypt flown back to UK without his heart and kidneys
David Humphries, 62, collapsed after playing with his grandchildren in a hotel pool last month

EXCLUSIVE

THE devastated family of a Brit who died on holiday in Egypt have told how his body was flown home minus heart and kidneys.

David Humphries, 62, collapsed after playing with his grandkids in a hotel pool last month.

Tragic David Humphries, 62, died while playing with his grandchildren on Egypt's Red Sea coast

The organs theft was spotted when a UK coroner ordered a second post mortem. The family fear a cover- up and wife Lynda, 59, said: “We want answers.”

Daughter Anita Goodall, 36 — also on the two-week break — added: “In Egypt they believe that someone can’t be laid to rest without their heart.

“So I just don’t understand why they would do this to our family.”

Earlier this year a Cairo court convicted 37 people for illicit organ trading.

It followed a 2016 raid when millions of dollars were recovered from an organ harvesting scam.

Dave began complaining of chest pains after a week in the resort of Hurghada.

After checks by a hotel doctor he was taken to the nearby Red Sea Hospital.

He was discharged and given antibiotics for a chest infection. A few days later he was dead.

The theft of David's organs was not discovered until his body was back in the UK
Anita said: “He was taken to hospital but nothing could be done. They should never have sent him back to the hotel.”

She and Lynda, his wife of 39 years, spent five hours giving statements to police. They requested NO post mortem until Dave’s body was back in the UK.

But they were told an autopsy was being carried out because the family had expressed concerns over the hospital’s treatment.

Anita added: “We didn’t trust anyone any more. But they told us it was now a police inquiry. Yeah we bet!"

I remember 20 years or more ago there was an English couple at the Old Winter Palace and she died suddenly.
Turned out her husband had poisoned her and rather clumsily at that.

;) Not only the locals who are naughty.

Well what can you say MD except that could happen anywhere, especially if they had obviously not been getting on. But that may go into the pot for future reference, and another excuse, if anything like this happened again. (Hey ho!! she murdered her husband and then murdered herself with the same poison) A perfect closure!!! I think at the moment no one over there can be bothered, and like another case that is live at this very moment with a close neighbour of Egypt excuses are being looked for. The hardest thing for the UK is that no Airline will repatriate a body unless it has been embalmed, therefore a lot of quick tell tale signs as the the cause of death will have been destroyed.

This is no joking matter, my first wife attempted to poison me several times, she called it home cooking.

No Crematoria in Cyprus Newc. They are hoping to tap up the EU for cash to build one eventually. Average funeral costs here around 3000 GBP that includes a family plot. At one time the Grave had a 5 year period before being dug up and the bones placed in a bone safe, now though there is no limit. We have all the religious domains catered for too, including Muslim Faith, the difference being like most Western Countries the Mosques are not allowed to have loudspeakers to preserve the peace, and watches and clocks are plentiful in the shops. There has been a number of occasions where Crematoria has been asked for, but I think mainly by people that have moved here from Countries that practice Cremation, but so far no EU money has come forward. There was a suggestion that those who wanted one built should chip together and build one, but the nearest so far is a Pizza Oven at Dominoes in the Tourist Area of Paphos.
Looking at the report in the Guardian, there must be some bloody good and very expensive coffins about, because the average one only lasts around 12 month before the chipboard has disintegrated. I used to know a guy who live at Thetford Norfolk and his company used to churn out mass made coffins, the used to wholesale out at around 50 Quid while the Undertakers were charging 400-500 quid. Much cheaper to measure yourself up and purchase from the internet.

So months go by and this is the result:
However, British authorities have still not received all the medical and other reports from Egypt needed to definitively establish the cause of death, the court heard.

The government has made 13 unsuccessful attempts to obtain documents from Egypt, including meetings involving the country's ministers of foreign affairs and tourism.

Speaking outside court, the couple's daughter Kelly Ormerod said the lack of Egyptian assistance was "immoral" and its authorities had shown her "no compassion or humanity".

people find the truth easier to bear even if it's a lie...you'll have to think about that!.. 8)
