Eggplant at Ramses.

Post by Jayway »

Has anyone eaten fried slices of eggplant from the cafe near Ramses ? I would eat 2 platefuls, delicious. The cook gave me a bottle of spices to take home, of course they have long gone now. Now I have grown eggplant, so can anyone tell me the recipe for the spices and the method for making ??? Thankyou - :)

Not sure, but it will involve a lot of cumin that is for sure. Remember to salt the betenjane (aubergine) well before cooking. Good luck :up
I don't have a plan......so nothing can go wrong!
