Post by Who2 »

Recently, I have been reading books all about Ancient Rome it's Empire and it's Legions.
It started me off big time when upon reading a book knowing well the character depicted therein.
Marching with Caesar RW Peake.
Titus Pullo, I have known him for over 30 years, and I had to look up the author, it turns out his inspiration
came from Ray's portrayal of Pullo.
Called Ray to inform him, he said 'really I'll get the book, I said 'cool he has written 5 more I believe, all about Titus!

Anyhow the point is, I was looking up The Harra and Euphrates and came across this titbit, interesting... 8) ... /aae.12058
