This is nothing new. After a good long bevy in the UK you more often than not found yourself waking up to a similar looking type.

I was once a hairdressers model Mick Carpenter he was European Champion and a pal once saw a 3 x 5 ft faded poster of my face and hairstyle on a barbers wall 10 years later, I also used to get my hair done for free at Vidal Sassoon's most of his female staff of hairwashers were very well endowed and always showed huge amounts of cleavage, great fun on a thursday morning..

Me too, in fact that is the only place I will go to get my hair cut because no other place takes the same amount of care they do, which explains why I haven't had it cut in 5 years, haven't had a chance to go to a VS around here.

Happy you've have had good experiences from them. My experience was not so good. I've certainly had much better care and attention in less 'labelled' places.

Well, I don't know if you did the regular salon or the academy, but when you do the model thing they generally spend a minimum of 3 hours on the cut and you have at least two people involved, the person doing it and the person checking and supervising so they literally go through checking single hairs to make sure they are the correct length. You have to be able to sit still and have your head prodded at for a long time, but if you can handle that, it's definitely worth it.

Oh goodness - 3 hours? I couldn't do it. The hair stylist might be wonderful but I couldn't sit for 3 hours letting anybody mess with my hair. My hair is long-ish (below my shoulders) and so long as the stylist isn't going to go crazy with layers and can blunt cut the ends I'm usually good and now that I've found one who cuts my hair as I like I'll stay with her for so long as she is in operation.
