Hi

Just had a very convincing phone call from this company explaining that my computer had reported an error to microsoft and microsoft had contacted them to fix the errors and could he have remote access to my computer. When I said no he directed me first of all to my event view to show that there were errors and then directed me to their website to show they were certified by microsoft. To cut a long story short he didn't get access and he hung up but if you go to http://www.complaintsboard.com/complain ... 06546.html you'll see quite a few complaints about this company.
