Yes, but then I wouldn't be playing the 'I'm a nice ex-pat card would I ? I could also have said 'I buy sweetmeats for her and her kids crèche next-door. In reality I am and have been trying to promote Atar the baker because he is a trier and I always support a trier…

You don't need to play the "I'm a nice expat" card. What we need here are good businesses that attract business based on their quality and services and it sounds like Attar does that. That's better than relying on charity because it is sustainable.
