I like to stick to just salt and vinegar....

Mayo. Or Hendersons relish which I believe is only made in Sheffield so.......

I have to have a lot of salt...doctors orders...I guess I'm lucky because most are told to avoid it. I can't think of eating chips without salt

I add a bit of salt to the oil - just to make them a nice brown colour

Is it still in the same place Andy near the old jessops hospital? can't tell when I drive past it it's still open or not.

When boiled cut it into chips....
