Back in 1973, Pink Floyd held a concert in the Amphitheater in Pompeii, but the "audience" was limited to the film and sound crew. This would have been about 1694 years after the last performance there by.... Anyone really..
So finally in 2016....
Awesome sound and filmed in HD too. Headphones a "Must" . . ..
I seem to be getting the hang of this new forum...

The only thing is you do not have to put the video BBCode around media links now, you can post the direct link into your post and the forum will do the rest.
It's my fault I should of removed the Video BBCode

I doubt if this will work but, this was their offices in Ruvigny Gardens when I lived in Putney.
Loved them to death, probably the acid helped...
I was going out with a girl living opposite...

Ps: I thought it was much wider without that passage down the left!

Re: Concert in Pompeii After 1694 years
The link worked a treat, Thanks Doc'
Prog rock was not my favourite genre of music, but some of it was mind blowing stuff.
I like a lot of Floyd's music and Dave Gilmour in particular.
He was responsible for accelerating Kate Bush's career and he helped fast track her to fame through his contacts.
I like her too, as does my Missus..
The only issue I have Keefy is that the links do not open in a new window, same with the pictures in the gallery, so I have to hit the back button to get back to where I was.. and if I "thank" a post it refreshes the whole page.
