Jamie Smith's MABON

Post by HEPZIBAH »

Just got back from a fantastic, toe tapping, hand clapping, 'seat dancing', evening of Celtic Music.

Jamie Smith's MABON - A Celebration of Original Celtic Music - was great. A joy to the ears and exercise for my facial muscles which are still in the smile position!

Made up of five talented young men playing original traditional and new Celtic music on accordian, fiddle, bouzukie, bass guitar, electric double bass (?) and drums.

They are on tour at the moment and well worth going along to listen to if you get the chance - you may even get in a bit of a dance if the seats aren't too close together!
