Yes "D" they do, and in doing so do themselves no favours whatsoever. But that is feeding through from the terrible mess the economy is in. Have rents gone up in Luxor to Europeans or have they not got round to that yet. With food, property tax, fuel, electric and water all doubling I would expect to see rents doubling too, to counter act.
