There was a clip on ITV's 'On Assignment' last night about the new yet to be named capital I was surprised to hear that it's only for the Government and rich people and the normal Egyptain is not welcome.
I only hope their new build homes are better than some of the ones in the UK featured on Rip off Britain recently.
