Now I'm famished Grandad and have a real 'craving' for Thai! Is this Thai from Thailand? Or a local authentic restaurant?

LLL, it is the Blue Elephant restaurant at the Al Bustan in Dubai. All of the staff and chefs are Thai's and although not in Thailand it is authentic and the food is superb.
