(I don't remember how to vote so if this isn't right somebody please correct me) but if it is rating a photo I'm giving this one a 10. The photo leads me into the picture which is a lively winter scene with fanciful lights that add a seasonal Christmas mystique. The buildings in the background are crisp and clean and frame the scene below nicely. For me too there is a bit of a "Dickens" presence to this photo.......All in all it adds up to me to a 10!
